1. Our approach
Where training is commissioned by an organisation, we ask the commissioning contact to inform us in advance of any accessibility requirements so that appropriate arrangements can be explored.
Where individuals book directly onto open programmes, we encourage delegates to contact us as early as possible to discuss any adjustments that may support their participation.
Adjustments are considered on a case-by-case basis.
