​Performance People designs and delivers training that strengthens the intrapersonal, interpersonal and leadership skills that people need every day to be at their best. The focus is on transferable capability, not scripted behaviours or one-size-fits-all solutions. Learning ripples into real conversations, decisions, working relationships and culture.

Training is grouped into three broad capability pillars. These are often combined or sequenced into programmes of learning, depending on delegate and organisational need.

Intrapersonal performance

How people manage themselves

This pillar supports individuals to think more clearly, regulate pressure and show up more effectively. Common

How the training works

Training is designed to ensure the best transfer of learning and experience possible.  It is:

​- highly interactive and discussion-led
​- co-created with the group rather than delivered at them
​- shaped by evidence, theory and real-life experience
​- ​designed to support openness, contribution and engagement in the room

Delegates are treated as people first. Enjoyment, memorability and feeling valued are not indulgent, they are mechanisms of learning transfer, supporting people to approach their roles with greater courage and confidence.

Over time, this can support wellbeing, engagement, trust and healthier working cultures that extend well beyond the training room.  When people have a shared understanding and vocabulary, they can communicate with greater ease and impact, with greater commitment and momentum. 

Format & delivery

Training can be tailored to meet organisation needs and timeframes, and can be delivered as:
